Not only did he have creative vision for the staging, but he proved to be an excellent collaborator, taking our suggestions into consideration for the design. The 'before' and 'after' are simply astounding.
When he toured the lovely old home, it was dark - curtains were closed, most lights were off, and it was still full of the owner's belongings. Mayo could see past all this and work magic on every room!
Visitors raved over how the ecclectic mix of historic and modern furnishings blended so beautifully, the home didn't seem 'staged'. He achieved a luxe, layered look that is like no other listing we can recall.
We also appreciate the bonus Halloween decorations that were added right before our open house. These little touches are just awesome!

Our agent introduced us to Studio Goldfinch to stage our condo unit downtown. We chose Mayo because we felt that his design was more relatable and functional compared to other staging companies that only looked the part. Mayo was really easy to work with. We scheduled a visit, signed the contract and scheduled the move-in date within a few days.
